Fish & Coral Food Balls:
Environmental Safety and Biodegradability
Toxicity to Daphnia:
Our Fish & Coral Food Balls are environmentally safe and non-toxic to marine microorganisms. Extensive testing, conducted according to the OCDE 202 (2004) method, has confirmed that these balls do not inhibit the movement of Daphnia magna, a common planktonic crustacean. This means our product is safe for Daphnia and other similar aquatic organisms, ensuring it has no negative impact on the delicate balance of marine ecosystems.
Toxicity to Fish:
Fish & Coral Food Balls have been thoroughly tested and proven to be non-toxic to fish, including the zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio). These tests, carried out in accordance with the “Fish Acute Toxicity Test” OCDE 203 (1992) method, demonstrated that our product does not inhibit fish movement, confirming its safety for aquatic life. The zebra fish, commonly used in scientific research due to its genetic similarity to humans, provides reliable and relevant data supporting the safety of our golf balls in diverse water environments.
Biodegradability:
Our Fish & Coral Food Balls are fully biodegradable in water. Testing in line with the OCDE 301D (1992) standards has confirmed that these balls break down naturally and safely in aquatic environments. This biodegradability ensures that our product does not contribute to long-term environmental pollution, aligning with our commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
Enjoy your game while contributing to a healthier planet, knowing that our Fish & Coral Food Balls are safe for both marine life and the environment.
